The gorge case with plain mask to the white enamel Roman dial with Arabic five minutes (cracks), blued steel hands, the single barrel movement with silvered platform to the bimetallic balance with lever escapement, stamped on the backplate for Henry Jacot and numbered 4238, the rear glass with etched inscription 14 JUIN 1883 -- 31/8in. (8cm.) high
