The case mounted with panels to sides, top and rear depicting variously bridge scenes and a young girl collecting a posy of flowers, the dial painted with scene of a cottage beside a lake and with white Roman chapter ring, blued steel spade hands, the single barrel movement with vertically positioned cylinder escapement and cut away plates -- 21/8in. (5.5cm.) high
