Further details
John Monk (1776-1842) is seen here in hunting uniform at the age of 34. From 1802 he was Wipper-in to the Hertfordshire Hunt (which was renamed "The Puckeridge" in about 1817) and was promoted to Huntsman in 1809, a post he held for 14 seasons.
