A Vincennes bleu lapis cylindrical tankard (pot à boire)
1753, underglaze blue interlaced L mark enclosing overglaze date letter A
The moulded loop handle with gilt foliage terminals, each side richly gilt with two birds, three with olive branches in their beaks within heart-shaped cartouches gilt with trailing flowers on a trellis between gilt dentil rims (minute chip to top rim near handle, some very slight rubbing to gilt dentil rims)
