Levels: bottom neck or better; all heavily soiled labels, corroded capsules
Not unlike the 1921, a vintage magnificent in Sauternes, less so for red Bordeaux. Also, with the '21 and '29, probably one of the three best Yquems of the last century. A dozen notes. One of the highest scoring Yquems at the great tasting in September 1998. Tremendously sweet and rich. MB
