MAKER'S MARK JM, GLASGOW, 1849
the pear shaped jug of lobed form, engraved with foliate scroll and lattice motifs, the hinged lid with a squirrel finial, with an ivory insulated handle, engraved with a presentation inscription to Rev'd Duncan Blair, from the congregation of the North Church, Paisley - 29.2 cm (11 1/2 in), 28 oz gross.
