A pair of pink satin ballet shoes by Freed, London, the soles stamped with manufacturer's details and size 4, both soles additionally inscribed in an unidentified hand in blue ballpoint pen Fonteyn and initialled in black, probably by Fonteyn, either L or R to denote left or right foot and O to denote the ballet, Ondine (well worn); a still of Fonteyn performing the shadow dance from Ondine on stage; and a Royal Opera House, Covent Garden programme for the world première of Ondine, Monday, 27th October, 1958 starring Fonteyn in the title role and Michael Somes as Palemon -- 12½x8½in.
