Circa 1830
The shallow amethyst bowl with everted 'boule de savon' border beneath an amethyst rim, supported on an amethyst stem and circular foot, the two ormolu scroll handles with bird-of-prey finials and the foot applied with a pierced ormolu mount with stiff leaf border
