On spreading circular partly-fluted base and with fluted cylindrical stem applied at the shoulders with rams' masks and husk swags and vase-shaped socket, the detachable leaf-capped scroll branches each terminating in a circular drip-pan and vase-shaped socket with detachable circular nozzles, with central flaming urn finial, with laurel borders, the base, nozzles and finial engraved with a crest beneath Earl's coronet, marked on base, branches, drip-pans, sockets, nozzles and finial, the branches engraved with scratchweight '48=13', the base 'No.1 44=4'
