"FA-BI" NOTES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF CHINA, OVERPRINTED IN TIBETAN
In 1941 The Central Bank of China issued overprinted notes, for use among the Tibetan population of the border regions of Xikang Province. Unfortunately as early as 1948, forgeries of these overprints were being made in Shanghai, and many forgeries were made in the 1990's. All the following notes are sold "as is."
