A fine silver plated desk piece in the form of the chain-drive racing car; opening hinged bonnet and rear revealing compartments with pen tray to foreground; the base with integral plaque engraved and inscribed on plinth "Club Deportivo, Inter Motor Cycle Race, Bilbao San Sebastian, Bilbao. F.G Ball, July 20 1913"
Silver-plated speltre with embossed makers mark "Kayser" with eagle motif to underside of base, stamped no.54.
