A CHIPPENDALE INLAID WALNUT CHEST-OF-DRAWERS
Southern States, 1760-1790
The rectangular top with molded edge above a conforming case fitted with two thumbmolded short drawers over three graduated thumbmolded long drawers flanked by fluted chamfered edges with line and leaf inlay above a molded base, on ogee bracket feet with shaped returns, appears to retain its original brasses (feet replaced)
41¾in. high, 40¼in. wide, 21½in. deep
