The first boldly painted with the arms of Hamilton flanked by the stag supporters and against pink and ermine mantling, finely rendered grisaille and gilt blossoming boughs on the rim with the crest at the top, the second with the arms of Archer impaling Meares at the top within colorful rocaillerie, the center with a cluster of tulips carnations and roses
