With a shaped hinged top enclosing an interior with a lidded compartment concealing a blue decorated porcelain bowl with huntsmen in landscaped parkland and with two panels "By His Majesty's Royal Letters Patent, Granted to S. Hawkins for an Improvement upon Water Closets and C. 167 Fleet Street, London", with a pump to one side, with pilaster stiles to the front, on a plinth base
