Of stepped and breakfront form, with concave-molded overhanging cornice above a plain frieze and two pairs of glazed doors with molded surrounds enclosing shelves,the base with two pairs of panelled doors with concave-molded surrounds, on a plinth base, the sides and areas of cornice grained, with an indistinct pencil inscription
