A MATCHED SET OF EIGHT MAHOGANY DINING-CHAIRS
Comprising a pair of George III chairs with fret-carved legs, circa 1770 and six almost en suite, four of which are basically George III with some re-railing, and two of a later date
Each serpentine scrolled crestrail above a pierced rocaille-carved and stylized flower-sheathed splat, flanked by fluted stiles, above a tapering square cream, yellow and green patterned upholstered drop-in-seat, on square legs joined by an H-stretcher, two of the chairs with fret carved seatrail and legs (8)
