The later circular plate within a concave frame set with balls, with a scotia molded outer edge, with cornucopia and floral swag cresting, the frame issuing to each side a scrolling candlearm with gadrooned drip pan over several pendant drops, the base with a ribbon tied bow, the cresting originally with a further carved element
