American, late 19th century
Rectangular, worked in a geometric, abstracted zigzag pattern in beige, brown, rose, red and blue emanating from a central similarly embellished rectangle, the whole surmounted by a black hooked border bound with cotton twill tape and mounted on a wooden frame
