19th century, signature to base
carved with the standing figure wearing draped robes, holding a flywhisk in one hand and a censer in the other, with a dragon on his shoulder and another hanging off his robes at the bottom, on a circular base -- 103/8in. (26.3cm.) high, (minor restoration).
