A Chinese silver rectangular tray
impressed marks, 90, 19th century
with handles modelled as confronting guei dragons and with four mythical beast supports, the decoration chased and engraved with a central scene of Immortals, dignitaries and attendants before a pavillion, one riding a deer and holding a peach and another holding a ruyi sceptre together with a flying crane and scrolling clouds, all within a border of figures amongst rockwork and scrolling clouds - 24½ in. (62 cm.) wide.
