Owner and Managing Director of the successful London merchant Layton's, Graham Chidgey has been a senior wine trade figure for over 30 years. Having sold Laytons in 1997, he now lives in Italy and the following wines represent a selection of bottles which were amassed during his Layton's years and have remained unmoved in Layton's St. Pancras cellars since original purchase.
The majority of the wines have bin-soiled labels and levels are at base of neck/3.5cms below cork or better unless otherwise stated
