Apparently, when designing an artificial arm for Tee Hee [Julius W Harris], Syd Cain found modern prosthetics too sophisticated, and instead designed an arm based on an old-fashioned mechanical device. Tee Hee's arm eventually leads to his downfall, when Bond [Roger Moore] attaches it to the train window.
