These menus come from the Café Martinique, Nassau, which at the time of filming Thunderball was housed in the Hilton Hotel on Paradise Island. Much of Thunderball was filmed on location in the Bahamas and Café Martinique was used as the backdrop for the scene where Bond takes Domino [Claudine Auger] for a drink after losing to Largo in the casino. In the film, Sean Connery hands back an identical menu to the waiter and orders Beluga Caviar and Dom Perignon '55. There is a shot of the inside of the menu but it is not the same as the inside of the menus offered here.
According to Raymond Benson, this scene is important because ...Domino begins to become enchanted by Bond, and lets him know she would like to get away from Largo. It's one of the more romantic scenes in any of the Bond films.
