A fragmentary rectangular parcel-gilt and enamelled copper coffer
Limoges, 13th Century
The body decorated with repeated florette motifs, formerly with a hinged lid, now lacking, with a rectangular hole to the front and four small circular holes to the reverse - 8.5cm wide x 5.3cm high x 5cm deep; A silver mounted rectangular ivory casket, probably French, 16th Century - 3.6cm high x 7.3cm wide x 3.3cm deep; A pierced cylindrical gilt-copper vessel with hinged steeple lid, possibly 13th Century - 12.6cm high; And a fragmentary enamelled copper panel with a standing male Saint, Limoges 13th Century, drilled with four holes, traces of gilding, on a modern rectangular velvet covered ground and in an ebonised wood frame - 6.5cm. high (4)
