A Berlin two-handled cylindrical ice-pail and cover
First quarter 20th century, marked with an underglaze blue sceptre and in red an orb and KPM
(Eiskühler) gilt and painted in colours with naturalistic flower sprays and butterflies, with two different friezes of repeating gilt motifs against a jade-green background, the body with two geometrical handles, the deep cover with a long upright central handle
