An oak chest, English, late 17th century
of small size, the hinged twin panel and channel moulded lid with dog-tooth type edging, above twin panelled sides and two dummy, then two short and one long ripple moulded drawers below, with moulded apron and front ebonised bun feet, the back stiles re-toed, the two smaller drawers with internal locking bar devices -- 34in. (87cm.) wide, 32in. (81cm.) high, 18in. (46cm.) deep

On the Thursday one week after the sale, a transfer and administration charge of £18.50 per lot will be payable and a storage charge of £3.20 per lot per day will then come into effect. These charges are payable to Cadogan Tate and are subject to VAT and an insurance surcharge.
