Usage in Jammu, 1866-78 Covers from March 1866 to May 1868 were cancelled with the seal in purple/magenta. Covers from June 1868 to April 1870 were cancelled with the black circular seal. From July 1870 to August 1879 stamps were cancelled with the "rounded square" seal in black
