the shaped rectangular stand raised on four ram's head feet, with openwork ribbon, medallion and swag motif sides and an overhead laurel branch motif handle, engraved with initials and a crest underneath, with two cut glass bowls, signed Thos Webb, England - 22.3cm(8 3/4in),20oz.
