Possibly Bradley and Hubbard, Meriden, Connecticut, 1870-1890
The round top with central circular panel with incised decoration of crane and frog in nature scene, surrounded by pierced floral and foliate border above a hanging gallery with pierced geometric shapes, over four foliate brackets above and attached to a central stippled shaft terminating in a tripartite base, each of three branches stemming a cattail and leaf, all on three stippled legs and stylized acorn feet
