Of rectangular form with one hinged panel door opening up to reveal three drawers wth siver pulls and decorated with a floral pattern, the exterior of the box decorated in gold lacquer hiramake with a continual scene of boats on a lake within a hilly landscape of pine forests, mounted with a silver handle on the top, base signed, in wood box
4 in. (11.0 cm.) high, 4½ in. (11.4 cm.) deep, 3 3/8 in. (8.6 cm.) wide
