The base with a double-lotus frieze with beaded rim, rising to a stepped plinth supporting the dome adorned with beaded garlands and pendent jewels inset with turquoise, the square harmicka crowned with flaming jewels supporting the conical parasols with moon and sun finial, richly gilt overall, the base with original seal and stippled with a double-vajra
