A Large Gilt Bronze Figure of Kalachakra
Tibeto-Chinese, Qianlong Mark and Period (1736-95)
The four-headed twenty-four armed deity cast standing in yabyum with his consort over prostrated figures on a lotus base, his principal arms crossed behind her back holding the vajra and ghanta, his remaining arms radiating around him holding numerous attributes, with a seven-character Qianlong mark in a cartouche at the front of the sealed base
