Each with a rounded square top inlaid with bone strapwork lines and with a cabochon and foliate carved rim, above a waved frieze and pierced foliate carved legs, one headed by a gilt-metal plaque stamped Franck and numbered 1266, joined by a conforming undertier and on splayed feet, the underside of the top stamped FRANCK FRÈRES/DÉPOSÉ S.G.D.G./NO 1012
