Probably by Franck Frères, first half 20th Century
Inlaid overall with tortoiseshell panels, the stepped moulded top with a frieze drawer and a drawer to each side, above a pair of panelled and ripple moulded doors, mounted to the reverse with silvered relief plaques enclosing an architectural interior with eleven drawers centred by a moirrored and tiled compartment framed by pilasters and a gallery, above a frieze drawer, the stand with turned baluster legs joined by a moulded undertier and on ball feet, minor losses
