The frosted gilt chain fusee verge escapement with pierced and engraved balance bridge, the gilt plate signed and numbered 8893, with conical pillars, repeating hours and quarters on a bell by depressing the pendant, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals, Arabic five minute divisions, decorative pierced rose-cut diamond-set hands, the case depicting a polychrome enamelled Classical scene in a landscape within a shaped engraved cartouche, the bezel set with rose-cut diamonds, with dumb push piece, movement and dial signed, 43mm. diameter
