A collection of press and publicity photographs and other images, some retouched, relating to this great airship, including a group by Alfred Eisenstaedt A.P., being interior views of the main saloon with the magician Helmuth Schreiber performing magical card tricks to a group of passengers during a weekend trip over the Atlantic. Other images include interior cabin, smoking room, radio room, kitchen and control cabin, artists' impression sketches of the main lounge saloon, an unusual image of the Graf Zeppelin being handled after landing at Heliopolis near Cairo, a crew group, this airship under Third Reich colours, a retouched image of Lady Grace Hay-Drummond 'on the catwalk' of the Graf Zeppelin reproduced in The Sphere, April 13 1929, tickertape parade after the first Atlantic crossing, another of Dr. Hugo Eckener with Lady Grace, Captain Lehman and others saluting wellwishers after the first Atlantic voyage on the balcony of the New York Advertising Club Building, and others (60 approx. contained in a ringbinder)
