This pair of busts are comparable to two pairs of busts, one attributed to Luigi Righetti, and a pair attributed to G. Boschi, both illustrated in A. González-Palacios, Il Gusto dei Principi, Arte del Corte del XVIII secolo, Milan, 1993, figs. 511 and 554, respectively.
