Comprising three shepherds, each in a simulated fur vest and brown pants; a villager standing in awe, in gold thread embroidered, blue silk costume; six villagers; the Innkeeper, in gold thread-embroidered red jacket; two figures of the "Gouty Woman"; and a Courtier in a long thread-embroidered green robe with red coral necklace; two old women with goiter, one in orange apron, the other in yellow apron, most of the standing figures on later painted wood bases, some costumes original, but largely replaced, each inscribed in red paint with an accession number
