The rectangular tooled leather and parcel polychrome-painted back above elaborately carved arms headed by reclining putti and supported by Blackamoor figures raised on plinths, the cabriole legs joined by an X-stretcher and ending in dolphin feet, the later seat cushion upholstered in leather
