Mid 19th Century, back-printed registration lozenge mark
Of faceted baluster form, the loop handles with foliage terminals, printed with figures from classical antiquity named below for THETIS, CHARES and VULCAN, above a band of orange and brown key-pattern divided by scrolling anthemion palmettes, the neck with a band of myrtle above anthemion palmettes (cover lacking, two cracks from rim, slight wear to gilding of rim and handles)
