A GEORGE III ORMOLU-MOUNTED MAHOGANY PIER TABLE
The later verde antico D-shaped marble top above a panelled frieze with a mahogany-lined frieze drawer, with mirrored back, on square tapering legs joined by a concave-fronted undertier, on later ebonised and parcel-gilt turned tapering fluted legs and turned feet, with indistinct chalk inscription to the reverse, remounted, previously but probably not originally with additional shelves which explains the various plug-holes
