With certificate CS 34580 dated 7 February 2001 from the American Gemological Laboratories, stating that it is the opinion of the Laboratory, based on the weight of evidence, that the origin of the briolette would be classified as Burma (Myanmar). Heat Enhancement: None. No significant gemological evidence of clarity enhancement present (Oil Type Treatment). Based on available gemological information, it is the opinion of the Laboratory that the randon sample of drilled beads would be classified as "Classic" Mogok, Burma (Myanmar).
