cover 1859 (21 Sept.) blue entire "Via Marseilles" to Glasgow, bearing 1856 4a. black (2, one bisected diagonally) and 8a. carmine strip of three, all clearly cancelled and tied by "B/172" obliterators and showing, on reverse, indistinct Forwarding Agents cachet, "SINGAPORE/P.O." double-ring c.d.s. and Glasgow c.d.s. for 11 November; some foxing around the 4a. though a rare and most attractive bisect franking.
