Designed as a rose-cut diamond and greyish-blue guilloché enamel panel with central lozenge-shaped sapphire cluster, the reverse with engine turned cream dial, black Arabic numerals and blued steel hands within the enamel surround, the collet line suspended from the circular surmount to the fine link neckchain, case stamped Bredilla, circa 1910, 29.5 cm. long
