The cushion-shaped sapphire cluster suspended within old-cut diamond two-row horse-shoe, to the scroll surmount and sapphire pendant suspension loop, mounted in silver and gold, circa 1880
With report 967834 dated 14 February 2001 from the Precious Stone Laboratory, London, stating the sapphire weighs 8.98 carats with no evidence of heat treatment detected
