A 19th Century gold, diamond, ruby and opal brooch pendant,
the drop cut diamond centre stone within a geen enamel hoop surround, set with stylised heart shape opals with ruby set strapwork, suspending three four-stone drops of diamond, opal and ruby, each terminating with a green enamel point, the hinged suspension loop set with rubies and diamonds, some chips to enamel.
