carved with two men dressed in robes holding various implements with a basket before them, on an oval base simulating a rockwork platform beside flowing water with tree stumps -- 4¼in. (11cm.) high; an okimono of a farmer and his son, both carved standing wearing decorated robes, the father holding a long brush and an attached double-gourd, on an oval base -- 5 1/8in. (13cm.) high; an ivory cardcase and a number of further ivory okimono sections and bases -- 6¾in. (17cm.) max. high.
