A large ivory netsuke of a bearded European gentleman
19/20th Century, signed to reverse
carved standing wearing top hat and coat decorated with cloud scrolls and hanging beads, holding a small monkey in one hand and a harness in the other, with a further monkey blowing a horn seated on a box at his feet -- 6 5/8in. (16.8cm.) high, (minor age cracks and wear).
