27-460 Q, with nickel-finished lever movement, 37 jewels, Gyromax balance, free sprung regulator, 18K gold rotor, movement stamped twice with the Seal of Geneva, the silvered matt dial with applied baton numerals, gold dauphine hands, two windows for day and month, subsidiary dial indicating date combined with phases of the moon, the circular case with enlarged bezel, downturned lugs, snap on back (No. 332578 Ref. 3448), together with an 18K gold Patek Philippe buckle, case, dial and movement signed

Patek Philippe began production of reference 3448 with the 27-460 Q calibre movement in 1962. Only 586 examples were made.

Patek Philippe confirm production of this watch in 1976 and its subsequent sale on 14 August 1981.
