Lot Essay

Production of this model, reference 565, began in 1938 with the 12'''-120 calibre movement. In 1942, another version of reference 565 was released with the 12 SC movement, which included a sweep center seconds hand.

Patek Philippe confirm production of this watch in 1948 and its subsequent sale on 11 March 1949.
